Senior TLC is proud to offer PACE services to our community. This model of health care has been in existence for over 40 years throughout the United States. The program focus is on prevention, wellness, and a commitment to enhance the quality of life of seniors and their families through care and support. Our day center is open five days a week, with transportation services, and provides a fun and friendly place where you’ll find medical, rehab and support services. You can take pleasure in meals with friends, enjoy social activities and get the support you need to make life more fulfilling.
