Details: VT Adult Day Services has been “Keeping Families Together†since 1992. We offer personal care, health monitoring, meals & therapeutic activities for older adults as well as support, education, and respite for the caregiver. We are licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services to serve residents of the New River Valley and surrounding communities. Our services support up to 18 participants each operating day. Participants have ranged in age from 19-106 with an average age of 75 years old.
