Details: HEALTH... Treatment and care are individualized under the direction of each participant's personal physician. Each member of the program is provided with a comprehensive care plan. This plan that may include psychiatric, psychological, laboratory, pharmaceutical, dental, ophthalmology, and podiatry services, is coordinated by a registered nurse and implemented by our multi-disciplinary team of professionals. Participants receive all the services provided by a nursing center and yet are able to return to their home each evening. Isolated adults socialize and interact with their peers in a community setting. Reducing the caregiver's emotional and physical stress.
