Details: Most care is provided in a non-institutional setting either in our ElderONE PACE Centers and/or in the place where you live. Participants attend the ElderONE PACE Center where their care team is located. ElderONE PACE Center attendance is determined based on individual needs. The ElderONE PACE Centers are vibrant and active with individual projects and active small and large group programs as well. At the centers, you will find programs that are culturally diverse and that offer the opportunity for each participant to pursue their individual interests, as well as become a part of the ElderONE, formerly Independent Living for Seniors, community. The ElderONE PACE Centers are also where you receive medical and rehabilitation services and a hot meal.
