As experienced providers, Folts Homes' services offer a team of health care professionals who are capable of meeting the medical, nursing, therapeutic, and recreational needs of each day care participant. Our programs enables each participant to keep living independently and safely. This program offers family caregivers respite, the opportunity to keep working, and the support to maintain your family structure.
