Details: One of the most rapidly growing needs is that of Adult Day Health Care. We recognize that many adults do not require 24-hour nursing home care and have designed our program to help these adults and their families. Under the direction of the personal physician and our on-site medical director, an individual program is designed for each adult to maintain or improve current levels of wellness and functional ability. Our staff will coordinate services with community social service organizations and other health care agencies in order to allow the Adult Day Health Care registrant to remain living at home.
