Details: The Roscoe Regional Rehabilitation & RHCF began serving the residents of Sullivan and surrounding counties in 1970. To keep pace with the needs of the community, Roscoe expanded services in 1994 to include Adult Day Health Care. In 2006 Roscoe implemented a short-term respite program. Those who attend Roscoe’s Adult Day Health Services program benefit from socializing with others and enjoy their time with us. Caregivers benefit by getting a break from care-giving duties while knowing that a loved one is in good hands. All of the activities provided for long-term residents such as coffee hour, arts and crafts, games, movies and exercise are available to day health participants. Medical management and meals are provided. Any adult with a chronic condition including sensory impairments, memory loss and confusion is welcome to join us. Transportation usually can be arranged. Private pay and Medicaid cover the program but Medicare does not.
