Details: Daybreak (Adult Day Healthcare Program) provides group care during the day (M-F) in a safe, supportive, structured and therapeutic environment for adults with disabilities (18+) and provides a wide spectrum of services under the supervision of a qualified registered nurse. The program can provide the level of care that many family members seek as an alternative to more restrictive placements or institutional care. It is a secured site with the capability to handle clients with behavioral problems or wandering tendencies. At the present time, our program is the only adult medically based model in northern Nevada offering nursing services for health maintenance and chronic illness monitoring.
