Details: The MI Adult Day Health Center at Maple Street is our solution for frail elders who can still safely live at home but who need daytime nursing and social support. The Center’s services are designed to promote independence and meet individual medical, nursing, rehabilitative and social needs. Skilled nursing is the focal point of our services. We also provide a wide range of activities for the body, mind, and spirit including fitness programs, guest entertainers, restaurant and other field trips, games, and crafts. In addition, religious services are available for those who wish to attend. A light breakfast and hearty midday meal is provided for all and is supplemented by snacks in between activities. Door through door escorted transportation to and from MI is available. La Casita enjoys a dedicated space within the Maple Street facility and provides a smaller, cozy bi-cultural experience for Latino program participants.
