Details: Sunset Home's Adult Day Care is designed for adults, aged 62 and over, who need part-time supervised care due to physical, mental, or social impairment. Adult Day Care provides assistance as needed, while allowing participants to remain in their own homes under the primary care of family for as long as possible. Adult Day Care encourages each person to function at the highest possible level physically, socially, psychologically, and spiritually. Trained staff, in consultation with the family and physician, develops a Plan of Care and Services for the specific needs of each participant and his or her family.
