Details: The Frazer Center Adult Program is not a place for people with disabilities to be hidden, sheltered, or protect. Instead, it is a place where adults with a variety of abilities gather together to learn and to flourish with the ultimate goal of full integration into the broader community. Each day is filled with education, work training, and recreation opportunities that allow the adult participants to develop their life skills, discover and pursue their own interests, and participate in real world experiences that equip them to be valuable contributors to the community. The Frazer Center Adult Program provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities, ages 18 and over, and their families. Education, work training, and recreation opportunities are offered based on individual interests, needs and abilities. An Individual Service Plan is created for each participant to track improvement and maximize his or her potential.
