Details: Our organization was started in 1988 to provide a quality daycare and in-home respite program. We offer activities and experiences to promote maximum functioning capacity of persons suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease and other types of Dementia. This program is operated under a grant through the SOWEGA Council on Aging to fund the nine-member staff of Alzheimer’s Outreach Center and other program expenses. First United Methodist Church provides our facilities and assists with part of the administrative costs of the program.
