Bridges Adult Day Service is a safe and nurturing environment that offers daytime activities structured to stimulate the mind, body and soul. Our on-site Registered Nurse and highly-skilled staff monitor and assist each client with daily needs including medication assistance, bathing and hygeine, and socialization. Bridges is designed to meet the needs of adults in our community who are chronically ill, physically disabled, cognitively impaired or socially isolated during daytime hours.
