Details: The Young at Heart Day Care is a social day spa care program with a caring staff that enhances the quality of life for clients and caregivers. Our elderly loved ones need social outlets that provide continued enrichment and the opportunity to make new friends. Caregivers also need respite from the attention they give their loved ones in order to work and do daily errands. Our mission is to provide clients with comprehensive quality care through health monitoring, stimulating activities and socialization to help maintain an optimal level of independence. An additional facet of our mission is to provide caregivers with a high standard of professionalism, case management, education and supportive services. Our agency has a strong commitment to supporting the cultural diversity of our clients. Its open door policy embraces all who desire to provide a better quality of life for the elderly and disabled.
