Details: University Adult Day Care is a senior's day health service committed to providing social, recreational, and mind stimulating activites in a safe and supportive environment. The goal of UAC is to increase self-worth and dignity through gentle, sensitive care, motivation, and support for good personal care and support to maintain as much personal independence as possible. In addition, UAC also provides respite, support, and information to family members of participants with impairments such as Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, and strokes; and referrals to other community agencies when neccessary.
