Opened in 1985, Park Place ADS is an independent nonprofit agency serving the South Wood County area. Our program is certified by the state of Wisconsin and is a member of the Wisconsin and the National Adult Day Service Associations. Staff at Park Place include the Director, RN, Activity Coordinator, LPN, and client care assistants allowing for a staff/participant ratio of 1:4. All staff are caring, trained professionals who provide excellent care for our participants. A Board of Directors composed of community leaders guide the center in planning and policy.
