Awakening Excellence Adult Day Health Center, “A E Adult Day,†is a licensed multicultural community program based in West Roxbury, MA. With three words in mind, "comfort, community, and care", we will provide a variety of health, therapeutic and social services. Our structured environment includes nursing care, recreational activities, medication administration and transportation to and from the center. Our devoted staff will work closely with clients to develop personalized and comprehensive care plans to meet their exact needs and goals. Senior Place Adult Day Health, established in 1988, provides a warm and caring environment for your loved ones who need a place to call "home" during the day. Adult day health programs are offered five days a week, Monday through Friday. With daily programs designed to optimize individual needs and capabilities, we recommend seniors participate at least two days a week to assure meaningful involvement in a structured therapeutic environment. |
