Golden Heart Adult Day Care is a new center opening up in Somers Point, NJ located next to Primo's Pizza. Our facility is opened to any individuals 18 years or older who need assistances in daily living and whose assessed physical and psychosocial needs meet our stipulated requirements. Our goal is to provide a community of friends where our members can get the assistance they need and "where the heart feels at home". Our facility is covered 100% by Medicaid and there is also other funding available as well. Private pay is also accepted and will be charged by a daily rate.
