Adult Day Care of Richmond was established in 1988. We are located in First English Lutheran Church but are a separate nonprofit, 501(C)3 state accredited corporation welcoming all who need care. We offer a structured, comprehensive program that provides a variety of social programming and health support in a protective setting during the daytime hours. We have a secure facility with a stable, dedicated staff including two registered nurses. Our fees cover all costs, including transportation. We are governed by a board of directors and administered by Director Johanna Hensley. We are funded through Social Service Block Grants, donations/memorials from community members and businesses, and participant fees. We are certified by the State of Indiana Division of Disability, Aging and Rehabilitative Services and the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) under the Aged, Disabled and Developmentally Disabled Medicaid Waivers. We have a level three Indiana licensure for Adult Day Services. The center has provided over 500,000 hours of service and has a capacity to serve over fifty people every day. Attendance is prescheduled and varies according to the client needs. |
Trilogy Health Services, LLC - Adult Day Services at Forest Park Health Cam 2401 South L Street Richmond IN 47374 (765) 966-5705 |
For individuals caring for a loved one at home, trying to identify the symptoms of Alzheimer’s, dementia or other forms of memory challenges can be difficult. Knowing how to provide the proper care can be even harder. We offer respite care and adult day services at select Trilogy health campuses to give daily caregivers a break and provide some tips for coping. These services are designed to provide a safe and secure environment for short-term stays of a few hours or an entire day. Additionally, some campuses offer adult night services, for caregivers who need assistance or a break during the evening hours. Our Adult Day/Night Services offer a structured program of activities, health monitoring and socialization for adults who have physical or cognitive challenges and/or who may require supervision or assistance with personal care or other daily living activities. Adult day services can also benefit family caregivers by enabling them to maintain their work schedule or to receive needed respite, and by providing them with direct services like support groups and educational programs. |
