Through adult daycare, outreach activities, resources and referrals, The Truth Center Adult Day Community provides a special place where aging and physically challenged adults can receive quality personal daycare from professional staff, obtain community resources and be a resource to the community. We give the elderly and impaired in our community a voice and willing listeners. Feeling that they have a purpose in life can help maintain dignity and prolong the life of an elderly or impaired person. An elder or physically challenged individual who is connected to the community can incite positive changes that no one else can!

PACE is based upon the successful long-term care model in San Francisco known as On Lok. This program was developed as a special health plan for senior citizens. Older people often have medical problems that last for long periods of time. This health plan will arrange for doctors, nurses or other specially trained people to help with these problems. It also gives Riverside PACE participants a place to go to receive this care. Riverside PACE is a complete health care program that offers a more personal way of getting health care. All of us at Riverside PACE want to get to know you and our staff will work with you and your family to provide the care that you need.
Riverside Adult Day Services Center 1010 Old Denbigh Boulevard Newport News VA 23602 (757) 875-2033	The Adult Day Program provides a safe, supervised environment for adults to socialize, enjoy entertainment and relax during the day. The program seeks to foster independence and socialization for adults of all ages who need supportive services. Staffed by recreation therapists, registered nurses, certified nursing aides and a program director, the center provides the kind of professional care you'd expect from Riverside. Healthy lunches and snacks are served daily. Surprisingly affordable, program costs are covered by private pay and Medicaid. Participants may visit us one day a week or several times a week and can stay for all or a portion of the program hours.
