Our 48 licensed bed long term care facility, welcomes you! We would like to introduce you to our quality, professional services. Our new kitchen and dining room offers a great dining experience. We have dietary personnel to assist your needs. We offer rehabilitation to our residents. Our services include rehab for surgical procedures, hip, knee and joint replacement, neck and back injuries, joint and muscle pain, balance disorders, weakness and strokes. We offer short term adult day care and short term overnight stays at our center. We provide activities for elderly and/or handicapped individuals, with meals, social/recreational outings, and general supervision. In our tiers of service, we have staffed assisted living. We also offer independent senior living apartments. We provide Lifeline, a secure personal medical alert emergency response service for greater independence for our seniors in our community. For added care in case of emergencies, our retirement community is connected to the hospital.
