Our objective is to increase awareness and options to both the Developmentally Disabled individual and the Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia population and their caregivers. Along with your help, we will continue to strive to create a program that not only provides care for our clients but to develop into an essential component in the community. Our Comprehensive Medical Day Care Program is uniquely designed in a 16,000 square foot facility and is fully funded by Medicaid, we also accept other funding sources along with a private pay rate. |
