GoldenCare Adult Day Care Services is a nonprofit community based program which provides a wide range of supportive health, psychological, and social services in a safe environment, licensed by the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control. Through this program,health impaired and primarily home bound adults receive those services which can help them to improve or maintain their level of intellectual and physical functioning and enable them to remain in the home. Additionally, there is the opportunity for socialization, peer support, and meaningful activity which decreases loneliness and boredom and adds to quality of life.
