Golden Options is a State Certified Adult Day Facility providing services for adults ages 18 and older. Golden Options supports people who are living in the community but who may have a functional impairment requiring assistance. Persons are provided with activities for mental, physical, and social stimulation. Daily activities are planned to fully engage participants in spending their daytime hours productively. Activities include: community outings, inter-generational events, and recreational and spiritual activities. At Golden Options the staff strives to create a warm and welcoming environment where each participant is encouraged to share his/her special gifts with the group.

The staff members at Elite Day Services are experienced and well trained in working with adults with challenges or disabilities. We are certified by the State of Wisconsin Department of Health and Services. Our director has over 30 years of experience providing day programming to persons with physical and cognitive challenges and our direct support coordinator has over 25 years of experience working with persons with unique challenges. Our mission at the center is to provide a learning environment for adults with challenges or disabilities for the purpose of ensuring a better quality of life through a variety of opportunities of direct experiences involving community integration. Elite Day Services will provide assistance and training in daily living skills.
