Uptown Senior,LLC is an adult medical day program privately owned by two registered nurses, locally from Greenwood SC. We have the capacity to serve up to 40 participants in our newly renovated facility located 615 South Main Street, in Uptown Greenwood. Uptown Senior cares for the socially isolated, moderately handicapped and/or demented adult. Our vision is to provide services to our participants in a caring and joyful environment in hopes of making it possible for them to remain in the home and maintain their optimal health. Our care team is carefully screened, trained and closely monitored to meet each participants’ individualized need. We are licensed and governed by the South Carolina Health and Environmental Control for Adult Day Care Facilities (DHEC). Our program was born out of a combined true desire to help others and the need of a senior day program in the Greenwood area. We feel a need to help others who cannot help themselves, in return receiving a true personal gift. We hope you will consider Uptown Senior when planning care for yourself or loved ones. |
