Highfield Gardens Care Center Adult Day Program is a comprehensive medical model program designed to meet the individual needs of those remaining in the community, who require additional medical supervision. The program is available 5 days a week from 9am-3pm and transportation is provided. Pre-admission screening evaluates the registrants' level of care needs. A full range of medical services, physical and occupational therapy, recreational activities, social work services and community activities are available. It's enjoyable, interesting, and we keep your loved one safe. We provide Adult Day Health Care services at Highfield Gardens Care Center that will keep participants stimulated and happy. They will recieve comprehensive care reviews and engage in daily therapeutic programs that will provide cognitive and sensory stimulation.
