Presence Life Connections adult day centers offer caregivers and families the added support they need during weekday hours, including handicap-accessible transportation. In an enriched family atmosphere, we offer socialization opportunities and a stimulating program for our adult clients, designed to maintain and improve their daily living and social skills. Currently services are offered Monday through Friday during daytime hours. With a full calendar of activities including outings to local parks and shopping centers as well as on-site activities like craft projects and games, we provide our clients with a variety of socialization opportunities. In addition, our adult day centers provide breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day.
