Daybreak is the name of the Adult Day Services program in Cook, Minnesota and is located in the Cook Hospital and C&NC Unit. Daybreak is an interactive program designed especially for older adults to provide a place to visit, work, and have fun together. The goal of the Adult Day Services program is to enable older adults to continue to enjoy quality lives, maintain independence, and provide a much-needed respite for families and caregivers.
