In the Bronx, Queens, and Long Island, JASA provides socialization and recreation for seniors age 60+ with dementia and Alzheimer's, or those who are unable to participate in our Senior Centers. Activities incorporating art and music therapies, physical movement and games, and cognitive enrichment are offered in a safe and stimulating environment. In addition to providing emotional support and programming to these individuals, we also provide support to their caregivers through group interactions, counseling and consultation services, and respite time.

Our Adult Day Health Care Program provides registrants with medical, nursing and rehabilitative services, designed to enable them to continue to live in the community. Health and recreation services are provided in a caring and creative environment, designed for the care, comfort and convenience of the frail, elderly and younger disabled adult. The program operates Sunday through Friday, 9 am until 3 pm and is certified by the New York State Department of Health.
