Services enable older adults to remain independent for as long as possible, while allowing caregivers relief from the responsibilities of at-home caregiving so they can fulfill work or other obligations. Eddy DayBreak at Cohoes -This medical model is the largest adult day program in the Capital Region. A full range of activities is featured year-round.

Our experienced staff, including certified nursing assistants, a full-time registered nurse, community psychologist and rehabilitation therapists, have had extensive training in working with individuals who suffer from memory loss. Transportation is provided in geographic area. Lunch and snacks are also provided for participants. We accept Medicaid, long term care insurance, and private pay.
