Adult Day Services offers a medical model program offering seniors and their families access to quality care for loved ones during the day until they return home in the late afternoon. Our program operates from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday and is a Medicaid participating program providing a wide range of health services under the supervision of a nurse and professional staff in a warm, secure and safe environment. Additionally we provide breakfast and lunch, recreational and social activities, rehabilitation services if necessary as well as case management and nursing care services.
