Details: Social Adult Day Care: TLFC Adult Social Day Programs, are dynamic and multifaceted for senior adults. The programs offer: Structured activities and social programs, Fitness and wellness programs, Entertainment, Personal care as needed, Delicious hot meals and nutritious snacks, Comfortable accommodations, Transportation to doctor appointments by arrangement and flexible hours and schedules. A typical day starts out with a continental breakfast of muffins and pastries. While enjoying breakfast, we go over the current events of the day and just enjoy socializing. We then move on to another activity which could be arts and crafts, balloon volleyball, chair aerobics, card games, indoor bowling, baking, or just watching the Price is Right! A delicious hot lunch is served to our seniors daily. We then move to afternoon activities such as; Bingo, Trivia, wii Bowling, etc. These activities are some senior favorites. They look forward to the many prizes that we provide so they can take treats home to their family members. We will plan and take Field trips as much as possible throughout the year…
