Details: Cabrini of Westchester’s Social Day Program offers “social†day services for adults, age 55 and older, who are physically frail, socially isolated and/or memory impaired. One major goal of the program is to help these individuals remain active and engaged members of the community for as long as possible. This program provides a safe and welcoming environment that fosters social interaction with peers and others. It also encourages otherwise homebound individuals to participate in various recreational activities. These activities may increase the confidence and feelings of self-worth for elders.
