Our Medical Model Adult Day Service is considered among the pioneers of Adult Day Care, and its design has been replicated both regionally and nationally. The mission of the Older Adult Services program is to enrich the quality of life of the elderly through a full range of services that respond to the needs and desires of each individual across the aging continuum. Adult Day Services: Our unique program offers a safe, secure and stimulating environment for older adults who, because of physical or cognitive concerns, may require assistance throughout the day.
