Details: The mission of Xilin Association Adult Day Service (Xilin ADS) is to provide social interaction, intellectual, and social stimulation for medically and cognitively frail Asian elderly adults. Seniors may reside in their own home, be living with a relative, or at a retirement or nursing facility and take advantage of this specialized service to meet their emotional, social, and physical care needs. At Xilin ADS, we can work with the client’s primary physician, the case manager, and/or caregiver to evaluate each client’s personal needs. We prepare a personalized care plan for each senior based on his/her needs.
