Details: Since 1981, Chicago Commons has helped seniors and disabled adults to continue to live in their homes and communities as long as possible, preventing or delaying the need for institutional care. As a leader in senior care in Illinois our purpose is to lengthen lives and build the well-being of seniors and adults with disabilities. Our Adult Day Service centers accommodates up to 130 adults daily and is open Monday through Friday. We operate with fully-trained staff and a Registered Nurse on duty. We provide nutritious meals, individual physical and mental health care, as well as daily physical, recreational and social activities. Transportation to and from seniors’ homes can be arranged in our wheelchair- accessible vehicles.
