Details: Bienvivir Senior Health Services (Bienvivir) is a community-based program developed in El Paso in 1986 to specifically and exclusively render services to the frail elderly of El Paso using the PACE model (Program for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly). The objective of PACE is to enable frail elderly persons to remain independent and reside in their own homes and communities for as long as it is desired and medically possible.
