On Thursday, June 18th, St. Johns County celebrated the opening of the Ponte Vedra Memory Care Center, located at 1050 A1A North in Ponte Vedra Beach. Spearheaded by the Council on Aging and the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners, the project attracted organizations like the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, the Ponte Vedra Rotary Club, the Don and LaVonne Blackburn Foundation, Vicar’s Landing, the Jaguars Foundation and a host of individual community sponsors. |
