San Simeon's Adult Day Health Care program, opened in May 2010, provides the medical care you need during the day so you can sleep comfortable in your own bed at night. Our professionals work with your doctor to manage your medical needs while offering case management, social work, nutritional counsel, and professional nursing. You will have access to on-site salon services and specialists such as the podiatrist, dentist, optometrist, physical and occupational therapists as well as a range of recreational programs. The professional nursing staff can provide care for clients with a wide range of medical conditions associated with chronic illness and/or aging, including Alzheimer's, dementia, diabetes, and Parkinson's disease.
