The East Boston Elder Service Plan is part of a national network of programs called the Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The PACE model of care evolved from the belief and experience that older adults with chronic care needs, and their families and caregivers, are better served by remaining in their homes and community whenever possible. Lewis Mall is conveniently located in the center of Maverick Square with beautiful views of the Boston skyline. Our day room is bright, sunny, and festively decorated to reflect each season. In homage to the MBTA Blue Line, our exam rooms are amusingly named after different T stops.

The Barnes PACE Center is located in a beautifully renovated historic school. Barnes is a vibrant, fresh environment with a large activities area that includes a baby grand piano. Other features include new medical offices, a rehab gym, and a scenic rooftop deck for activities and cookouts.
