Specializes in the unique needs of Individuals with memory loss and older adults who can no longer manage independently, or who are isolated and lonely. We offer a planned program of activities designed to promote well-being though social and health-related services. We operate Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm in a safe, supportive, cheerful environment. Nutritious meals that accommodate special diets are provided, along with an afternoon snack. The intent of Bennett House Adult Day Care Center is primarily two-fold: To provide older adults an opportunity to get out of the house and receive both mental and social stimulation and to give caregivers a much-needed break in which to attend to personal needs, or simply rest and relax. Our goals focus on enriching the participants' lives, building upon their skills, knowledge, and unique abilities and strengths.

The program features activities specifically designed to address the special needs and interests of participants and helps them remain active by promoting independence while reducing social isolation and providing a safe, loving environment. Each client and family receives a personalized care plan and, if appropriate, assistance with personal care needs. Open Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., the senior care program has a specially-trained, fully-qualified staff dedicated to attending to the needs of clients. They include certified nursing assistants, a licensed social worker, an activity assistant, and a dedicated group of volunteers. All staff members are trained in treating Alzheimer's disease and are certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
